When is a paid order activated?
Your order will be activated once your payment has been confirmed and approved.

If the order is paid, but the capacity is not activated?
Make sure you paid the full amount required for your order.If you paid in full, but the order is not active, please contact our support service.

Why is the account deleted?
The account is deleted if there are no active orders for a long time. Also, the account may be blocked if the user has violated the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy. In these cases, user will receive a notification about the status of the account by mail.
